Open Access Policy and Copyright

The open access policy of the collection is fully consistent with the open access of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which provides free and unhindered access to scientific materials to support scientific progress and ensure greater accessibility of scientific knowledge to the global community.

User rights

The collection uses the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license to define user rights. This means that users are free to copy, quote, adapt, and repurpose published articles, as well as create new works based on them, such as excerpts, reviews, comments, or other research.

The main condition is that users must provide proper citation to the source, indicate the license, indicate if changes have been made to the original, and that the publication is not endorsed by the author as supporting the use of this material in a modified form. Such use of articles allows for the maximum dissemination of scientific knowledge and promotes innovation in various fields.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright to their scientific works and have the right to scientific use of the results of their research. At the same time, the collection receives rights to publish and distribute articles, which allows them to be made available through the collection page and in other scientific and academic networks.

This approach ensures that authors retain the rights to their publications and allow them to take advantage of the benefits of open access. Authors are free to distribute their works in other contexts while retaining full rights to use them.
