Serial production of vibropressed fine-grained ultra-stiff concrete paving elements (PE) has been increasingly widespread in Ukraine in recent years, progressively occupying a leading position in the manufacture of construction products for road and municipal construction. As the production of modern concrete PEs on high-performance forming complexes allows for the possibility of defective freshly molded products, there arises a need for their removal from the technological line of finished product manufacturing. Defective freshly molded concrete products obtained during production should be processed into recycled aggregates for subsequent use in the production of high-quality vibropressed finished products.
