Abstract

The article examines the features of restoring the operational suitability of large-panel residential buildings damaged as a result of military actions.

The need for restoration is due to socio-economic factors in the current conditions on the territory of Ukraine. Large-panel buildings make up a significant proportion of residential buildings damaged as a result of military operations.

The experience of restoring large-panel residential buildings presented in the article reveals the need to implement experimental technical solutions. In order to restore the operational suitability of damaged panel objects on a large scale, it is necessary to develop non-typical constructive solutions and improve calculation methods.

The key issue in restoring the operability of panel buildings is the reliability of the connections between existing and new slabs.
