RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HOSPITAL BUILDING WITH INSPECTION OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE STRUCTURES

Abstract

A technical inspection of the hospital building structures was carried out to assess its actual technical condition, in particular the condition of the building elements. As part of the inspection, a visual inspection of the facility was carried out, a structural diagram of the building was established and a detailed analysis of the main load-bearing elements, such as foundations, walls, floors, roof structures and roofing, was carried out. According to the results of the inspection, typical defects and damage were recorded, photo documentation of the identified shortcomings was carried out and recommendations were formulated for their elimination to ensure the safe further operation of the building. In addition, in order to prepare design documentation for the reconstruction, detailed measurements of the internal premises were made and relevant drawings were developed that reflect the current state of the facility.
