For-authors
The publication must be an original scientific article containing the results of one's own completed research, which has not been published before and which is not simultaneously under consideration in other publications.
The article must fully correspond to the profile and thematic cluster of the publication.
Authors must adhere to the principles of academic integrity and publication ethics.
More than one article by one author (co-author) may not be published in one issue (number) of the publication.
Structure of the article
- UDC XXXXXXXXX
- Title of the article (in the language of the article, Ukrainian and English).
- Surname of the author(s), academic degree (in the language of the article, Ukrainian and English), unique ORCID number (you can register in ORCID at https://orcid/register). Surnames of co-authors are printed on a new line. The number of co-authors of the article should not exceed 4.
- The abstract should contain a concise and clearly formulated statement of the scientific and practical task and the obtained results (in the language of the article, Ukrainian and English).
An extended abstract of 1800-2000 characters is provided in English. The English text must be carefully edited. Keywords should be submitted separately, not in word combinations (in the language of the article, Ukrainian and English) up to 2 lines.
- The main part of the article should contain the following elements:
introduction, analysis of the latest research, statement of research goals and objectives, research methodology, research results, conclusions and recommendations.
Bibliographical references are presented in the order of their mention in the text by consecutive numbering. Compilation of bibliographic references must comply with DSTU 8302:2015 "Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of drafting".
Bibliographic references are also repeated in transliteration in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2010 under No. 55 "On streamlining the transliteration of the Ukrainian alphabet in Latin".
Self-citation should be less than 20%. It is also not allowed to use Russian-language and Russian sources.The number of literary sources should not exceed 10.
Rules for drafting articles
1. Articles with a volume of at least 6 full pages, together with figures, tables and a list of references, are accepted for the collection.
2. Sheet size: 148×210 mm (A5). Margins: top, left, right - 1.5 cm, bottom - 1.7 cm. Pages are not numbered. The names of the structural elements of the main part of the article (sections) are printed in the middle of the page and are highlighted in bold
3. The "Times New Roman" font should have the following dimensions:
- for UDC - 10 kegel, capital letters, bold;
- for the title - 10 kegel, capital letters, bold;
- for authors' surnames - 10 kegel, semi-fat;
- for the name of the organization and the city - 10 kegel, normal;
- for annotation - 10 kegel, semi-fat;
- abstract in the language of the article – 5-7 lines with one interval;
- abstract in English - not less than 0.5 pages with one interval;
- for headings of subsections in the text - 10 kegel, normal (with paragraph indentation);
- for the main text - 10 kegel, normal;
- for bibliographic references - 9 kegel, normal.

4. The text is printed with one interval and aligned to the width of the sheet.
5. Paragraph indentation from the main text - 0.5 cm.
6. UDC, last name(s) of the author(s), lines of the text of the annotation are aligned along the width of the page, the title of the article is in the center of the page (the number of words in the title of the article is no more than 12, hyphenation is not allowed.)
7.Formulas must be printed in the center, with the possibility of their further editing (formula editor "Microsoft Equation"), numbering of formulas at the end of the line (on the right edge). The size of the formulas is as follows: basic – 12; large index –9; small index –7; large symbol – 15; small character - 12.
8. Figures should be placed in the middle of the page after referring to them in the text as insets and presented in black and white. The numbering and caption of the drawings are located under the drawings in the center of the page.
9. The word "Table" is placed on the right side of the page above the table, and in the second line - the name of the table in the middle of the page. If the table continues on the next page, it is noted: "Continuation of the table. 1" There are no periods at the end of the titles of tables and figures.
10. There should be one space between the lines with the specified UDC index, the title of the article, the last name of the author(s), the abstract, keywords, and the text of the article.
At the end of the article, there is a link to the author's e-mail address or a web page, if one exists.
Procedure for submission of materials to the editorial board
The text of the articles is submitted to the editorial board in electronic form by
March 20, 2026 at (hidden) (file name - author's last name) and for DOI registration on the web page https://budres.org
The following are attached to the materials of the article (on paper or scanned on magnetic media):
• author's certificate (surname, first name, patronymic, place of work, position, home and work addresses, telephone numbers);
• the decision of the department (laboratory) on the expediency of publication;
• review by one of the members of the editorial board or a leading scientist in the scientific direction of the article (the editorial board can appoint an additional reviewer);
• certificate of availability of loans (about originality);
• a copy of the receipt for the reimbursement of expenses for the publication of the collection.
To reimburse the costs of publishing the collection, the authors pay 100 hryvnias for each page. Funds are transferred according to the requisites: ROBF "Talisman", Bank name: JSC "UkrSybbank", Kharkiv, Account number: UA 413510050000026005290493700, EDRPOU/INN code: 37198326, purpose of payment: charitable contribution (funds can be transferred by legal entities or individuals). Funds are transferred after a positive review by members of the editorial board.
Articles that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted for publication.
The number of articles in one collection is 20-25. Articles that are not included in this collection have the advantage of being included in the next collection.
